Contracting Procedure

Inquiry We are waiting for your contact by phone (+81-6-6202-1367), by email (contact@divio.jp), or by contact form. We will inform you with available rooms, show room date, plan proposal etc.

Application You are required to fill in the application form.
An official identification, such as driving license or passport must be photocopied,
and present it to us together with the application.

*Normal circumstances, 10 working days would be required to make the necessary
process of your application

*use for one month or more

Contract Upon confirmation of your application form,the contract would be arranged
by us and you are required to make the first payment.

The all inquiry original should be in 3 month since the date of issue. After you fill in the contract and the statement of your first payment with your signature, The room key of Divio would be given. Deposit would be calculated that depends on the fixed term on your contract
