What would be the items and perks included in the rent ?: Internet, CATV, weekly housekeeping service and the utilities are included in the rent.
What kind of advanced deposit is needed?: fixed amount of 100,000 yen is required for those who are planning to stay for up to three months. For more than four months stay, the deposit which is equal to one month room rent will be required.
The above deposit will be fully refundable at the time of leaving DIVIO. However, the repairing expenses of any damages and/or defects will be borne by the resident and the lesser has the right to off-set the incurred amount deducting from the deposit paid by the lessee.
When do I have to make the first payment?: You are required to make the payment to be transferred to our bank account at least one day before the contract starts.

What would be the minimum length of stay required for me to rent a room at DIVIO?: The minimum length of one month stay is required and pro-rata daily room rate will be charged for the stay more than a month but less than two months.
What would be a lead time needed for me to actually shift into the room after I duly sign the contract?: Approximately one week. Please feel free to contact us should there be any further inquiry pertaining to the schedule and we are delighted to accommodate your needs as and when applicable.
What would be your cancellation policy?: No cancellation charge is required if you give us one month advance notice.
What would be the penalty for any early departure?: The minimum duration of two weeks advance notice is required and you are also required to pay the pro-rata two- weeks room rent.

Is there any concierge always on site?: No concierge is available on site, but our staff is always delighted to assist you with your service needs. We have our security and safety staff available for 24 hours and they are also available for your service needs.
Are the pets allowed?: We apologize, but pets are NOT allowed in DIVIO
Do you provide an extra room for visiteor?: Unfortunately, there is no extra room for visitors but an extra bed can be arranged at the nominal fee.
Is there any luggage storage available?: A parcel box locker is available in the main lobby.
What is room cleaning service included in the room rent?: weekly room cleaning service includes exchange of linen, bed making, vacuuming carpeted floor, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, garbage disposal, and wiping furniture. *Housekeeping service is conducted once in a week
